Addendum 2020:
Recently, having changed the PCboards myself, i find that changing electronic parts to the auto gate is not as complicated a task as it seems, even for someone with little electronic knowledge. I changed both the receiver and controller boards for a fraction of the price of what an auto gate repairman would charge. One can easily buy the parts online at prices way below what the 'experts' charged. Any problems, just go on YouTube and you can probably find your solutions there
