β β β β β Very disappointed with their service, yesterday nite I chat in live chat to ordering roomba 780 battery, they mention If I make payment by yesterday nite today definitely will delivery stock to my office, before my payment make they service I feel like quite good with efficient response, but after payment done I ask a question in 3 times thatβs totally no response at all. Even today I wait until my office closed still not received my parcel yet. I was mention in live chat my office start closed for CNY on 23/1/20 hope you will keep your promise, my I robot not functioning without battery

β β β β β Oh no, l just bought a robot vacuum from them without going through Autovac's repair services reviews. Hope by the time I hit problems with the machine, they will have a more competent and professional service team.

β β β β β I bought an innobot i30 from this company during 2016. after 2 months use, the operating time of the robot is getting lesser and lesser. so i decided to send back for warranty claim. After few weeks, they call me to collect. So i wasted my time and go collect. After use, the problem still exist. they said they have change the battery, but it doesnt looks like. So i decided to send back to them again, and come back with the same issue after few weeks in service center. And this issue was drag untill the warranty period is over. Amd they ask to buy a new battery
at RM 250++. Please beware of this company. Their address remain the same which is A-3A-3A level 4, Pelangi square, PJU6 damansara. But it seems they have lots of company register at that address.Pls neware of this irresponsible seller.

β β β β β Was a big mistake of buying from autovacbot store and wasting SGD1000+ on a Braava jet m6. Did not realize that autovacbot is not an authorized dealer. The robot delivery was delayed substantially in the first place. Moreover, after just 2 weeks of use it stopped working. Had difficult time contacting the support team by Whatsapp, their online chatbot as well as emails with a response time sometimes even more than 24 hours. Once on chatbot they told me to hold on for a moment while they check. After more than 1 hour of waiting I realized that they are not going to respond. Had to check again next day to get any response. They only gave me snippets from the iRobot website for fixing which did not work. I had doubts about the support teamβs capability to fix it. Finally had to call them and arrange for a delivery to get it fixed. They have reached out to iRobot for claiming warranty. Been more than 3 weeks now and no proper updates. Sent them an email and they came back that they would respond in a moment. Been more than 2 days now and no response even after repeated reminders. I feel I have lost my money as well as Braava. Good that I changed my plan to order the Roomba from autovacbot. Seems like I have to now go back to the authorized dealer to get another Braava system. My final message is to not buy things from non-authorized dealers as mentioned by iRobot website which I realized later, especially Autovacbot. My review point of 1 is also quite high as I feel cheated.

β β β β β if there's zero star I would rate this seller, purchased an iRobot Mirra 530 pool cleaner and after a few months the main rotating brush broke as well as some clips. Contacted Autovac and said cannot be fixed, so I had to order internationally from OFFICIAL iRobot Thailand to get replacement parts and fixed it myself.
After a few months the robot stopped operating completely, for this second repair now took only 1 YEAR for them to get to it. I really think the technicians have no idea how to fix the Mirra robot, so if you dont know how to repair, DONT SELL IT. This item is still on sale on their webpage as of 02/02/21.
Their contact channels are always changing as well, one day is Whatsapp-focus, one day is email only, one day is call in only.
To summarise: An abysmal customer service and worst that I have come across with the lowest degree of customer service aptitude with no redeeming quality from this seller.

β β β β β Terrible repair service, please avoid. They charge RM150 for βdiagnosisβ when I told them specifically what needed to be fixed. To clean a filter on a Roborock they wanted RM350 including the RM150 for βdiagnosisβ even when no diagnosis has taken place. When I challenged them they said itβs βpolicyβ, which is code for βwe donβt need to explainβ.
Iβve just purchased a Braava M6 from them which is faulty already so Iβm watching their after sales service carefully. Wish I had checked the google reviews before purchasing!!

β β β β β TERRIBLE service... I had to send my 6 month old robot to them for repair, they told me everything is OK, took it home and next day same problem. Took it back and they took 1.5 months to diagnose it. Then they say it just needs a clean, and is ok already. And they want me to pay RM120 for "cleaning". Crazy. Better buy from different sellers.
Worst thing is when I purchased I paid extra for extended warranty on top of the price. God knows how much they will charge me if a part breaks down.
Should report them to consumer tribunal.
