β β β β β Dr. Liew is very professional and helpful. My back acne scars lightened significantly after a few sessions of black pearl and Pico lasers done in Ava. The results are simply amazing. Nicole was very attentive in consulting and analysing my skin condition too. Definitely recommend Ava as they offer best service with reasonable price.

β β β β β I am thankful to meet Nicole to help me assist to solve my issues with moving accounts to OUG outlet and explaining clearly for every package that I purchased previously.
Few feedbacks that I hope the company would improve :
1. I was a customer of uptown outlet but the outlet was closed down without notifying the customers. Accounts are not transferred to any other outlet as well. If I did not took the initiative to check, my package will be gone. Not only that, I have tried to call Midvalley outlet and The mines outlet nobody picked up the call. I DM the companyβs insta page, it says that issue has been escalated to HQ but after 1 month of taichi, I never receive any calls from HQ and it was pending until I call the OUG outlet and Nicole assist me to resolve within 2 hours.
2. In my past experience in uptown , all the beautician are hard selling on every treatment that I attend to. I am forced to top up something or to buy more and more package with overpromised results. Details on my problem and how every of the treatment would assist me was not explained clearly until my treatment in OUG, that is when Nicole explained clearly my skin situation, what would be the consideration that I should take into account.

Highly recommended for dermatology treatment as Dr Liew is very professional in giving advice and would explain in details about the treatment provided. As well as beautician Nicole is very helpful in explaining the after care procedures, products and very attentive in booking for appointment.
They all are very friendly and caring!
