β β β β β Love the location as it is super near to the LRT station by walking. Numerous of food trucks and restaurants right below at any blocks. Yum... Yummmmy.. I am currently renting a serviced office with 3 workstation which is nice and full of privacy.. So far yet have any issue with ABC :)

β β β β β Excellent location (nestled in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city centre), good facilities, friendly receptionist and most importantly affordable price point for single entrepreneurs on a budget looking to start up their business in the KL vicinity. Rooms and meeting rooms are well equipped with basic necessities and high speed internet connection. Highly recommended.

β β β β β One of the larger and more affordable serviced offices available in the KLCC area. Good to know that startup companies can take advantage of the admin services provided by the centre such as phone answering services, mail handling services, and etc. Imagine having your own personal assistant taking care of all the little administrative tasks which can help you save time while you concentrate on your own business where it counts. The centre is fully furnished with office furniture, air-conditioning, meeting board rooms, wifi-internet and all you really need to do is move in with your laptop and start working. Being in the KLCC area, the location is very central in town close to public transport LRT Ampang Park Station.

Avenue Business Centre provides a premium location address; just right in the middle of Kuala Lumpur City with LRT stations nearby. Is the city centre, not to worry about food, grocery and shopping malls. Everything is just so nearby and convenience.
Centre Manager and front line staffs are friendly and helpful. What I love the most is the privacy environment.
