I really don’t recommend shopping here staff were unwelcoming and not friendly. My shopping experience here really sucks. PLEASE save your money and buy your watch somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was well-met by a young saleslady who knew about watches in detail, down to movements make and model, their balance wheel BPH, power reserve, and even knew some watches reference numbers by heart. Answered many questions without missing a beat. Even allowed me to look at their higher-end pieces like Grand Seikos that were up to prices of 34k ringgit (I was dressed simply in a basic t-shirt and shorts with a leather crossbody bag. I did have two watches on, a smartwatch and a daily beater - Boderry Windmill skeleton). Eventually moved on to talking about more obscure brands in the area like Junghan and Panerai, also introduced me to the Alexandre Christie range which was highly affordable and surprisingly well-crafted. The saleslady laughed sheepishly knowing that some of their models were blatant clone-homages of Richard Milles. I was allowed to try on and touch some of them. All in all I was impressed by the fact that their staff (or this saleslady in particular) was so well-versed in horology. I had stepped in expecting to be judged for my simple clothing but was pleasantly surprised. Sadly the SNXS79 I was looking for wasn't available. Would come again for the service.

When serving me the sales girl was very cool , Dint even let me touch the watch crazy…I really don’t recommend shopping here save my hard earned money ? and buy my watch somewhere else. Please improve on your service spending 10 k on a watch is a lot of money at least you can do while serving customers is be helpful.
