β β β β β Very bad. Was trying to renew my father in law car insurance. The staff told me that the car owner must be present.. What kindda stupid requirement. If they need to see the car I can understand.

β β β β β During recent MCO/ RMCO, they actually forced you to stand outside and communicate/ wait for them to process everything.
Imagine stand there (yes, stand) for like 30 minutes without a place to sit and is freaking hot at afternoon, I went there two times just to renew my insurance and every single I sweated my whole back!
The way how they treat customer is very bad!
