★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy their insurance, they simply stop your insurance without noticing you. their customers service suck BIG time, I have wrote few email to them, no body reply me like i am thin air! JUST AVOID THEM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever insurance company which took forever to process my claim. I was having too much patience that I didn’t push them earlier. And they really took their own sweet time. The funniest thing is when I lodged report to BNM finally, then only they started to worry and rushing to do the accident report while I wasn’t even in the mood to deal with them. So yeah, that was the time I dragged their time because I wasn’t even in a hurry anymore, after more than 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just call customer service spoke to Amri. Looks like all the customer service staff is working from home. Cloud hardly hear his voice. The background voice was more clear than his. I guess he was Not using a headset..when told him that his voice is not clear he just cut off the line..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Claims team who can't write in proficient English. Ironic as all the policy wording is in English! Multiple copy and pasted replies that don't even make sense.
They keep making up internal policies and don't follow the policy wording which in many cases is extremely vague and open for interpretation with no special meanings for many of the words.
Don't waste your time or money with their travel insurance as they won't cover you even for listed events, especially cancellation due to Covid-19 even though they claim they do cover this, as long as the policy is purchased before its a known event and travel is within 2 weeks of the WHO announcement. They make up things as they go. I hope AXA can train its claims team on the policy wordings and how to write professional and well written emails to your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time im claiming my insurance from AXA Affin after my first accident in 4 years. What i had was a terrible experience where i have to wait for a month plus to claim, and im still waiting. You guys keep asking me to wait next week and next week! TILL WHEN? NEXT YEAR IS COMING SOON! I dont understand, if i cant claim my insurance why would i even buy insurance from you guys! I had to go thru so much trouble on asking people in AXA Affin for my claims and till today i still have not gotten my answer from you all. Do i have to really report this to the MCA or make this to the headlines? This is no issue for me as i know people from the press! I WILL ALSO REPORT TO BNM AS THIS COMPANY IS TAKING ITS OWN SWEET TIME TO DO THE CLAIMS THAT WE WANT! THIS IS REALLY RIDICULOUS! I WILL NEVER BUY AXA AFFIN CAR INSURANCE AGAIN! I WILL NOT EVEN INTRODUCE YOUR COMPANY TO OTHERS! NEVER AGAIN!
