不過好像只有1…2個人工作…我去的時候沒有別的顧客，所以很快！如果你們去很多人…那慢也是正常的了～
 Go to cut the insurance and get the NCD in person... It's OK~ Service OK~ Speaking OK~ The speed is pretty fast~
But it seems that there are only 1...2 people working...When I went there were no other customers, so it was very fast! If you go to a lot of people... it's normal to be slow~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Malay lady (don’t sure her name is Siti) is very impolite, keep answering me the info not related to my question, and her tone really made me uncomfortable, and end up with hanging up my call when I’m still speaking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a Malay lady ( didnt ask for her name) spoke very rudely to the customer when I ask her some information from my policy. I asked her in a gentle and polite tone, however she showed me the frustrated and impolite tone which I don't understand. I am not sure is this the right way to treat a customer who support AXA Affin Insurance for the past years. I feel so disappointed to this insurance branch.
