★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really PATHETIC service, where do I even begin? Firstly, ALL customers (including the elderly) are made to wait outside in the heat on the sidewalk and are NOT ALLOWED inside the office AT ALL, even when it is their turn to be served! This is NOT the case at the various other insurance companies which I have visited, where customers are allowed in to conduct their transactions with ease and made to feel welcome and comfortable with proper social distancing measures in place
Also, AXA has an ABSURD policy which requires customers to surrender the certificate of insurance should the policy be terminated (If this is inaccurate, bring it up with your staff who was on duty on the afternoon of 28th October. She claims she is unable to issue a policy refund without the certificate of insurance even though I HAD the COVER NOTE with me!) I was asked to get a printout of the CI from the sales agent or to go to a Commissioner of Oaths to make a declaration that the certificate of insurance is missing. NO OTHER insurance company that I know of requires this and I have been to many, the cover note is ALWAYS SUFFICIENT! This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and there is NO EXCUSE to put customers through such hassle in this digital age! (For clarification purposes, agents for vehicle insurance usually give only the cover note to the insured, so I never even had a copy of the certificate of insurance in the first place!) Any who are in doubt of what I have written can refer to the attached picture as evidence. AXA — here's a one star review for the inconvenience that you put me through, reflect thoroughly on it!
