★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very near to Lrt, only 2 mins by walk can reach. Medical shop, 24Hrs Restaurant, Supermarket and more... with in this building, I love it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality of management. LIFT always, frequently have problem but management's doesn't take any future action at all. Such a poor quality of management. Facilities provided to the residence also bad. Can't use the gym, can't use the swimming pool.

Poor maintenance of passenger lift. Frequently break down. Out of 4 lift only 2 are available to use! You have to wait almost 30 minutes just to get your turn to use the lift!
Recently the swimming pool can be used after almost 3 years maintenance (out of service)
We are moving out from this place and my advice for those who wanted to rent / buy unit here, you guy’s better think twice ??♂️
