★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff, inconsistent serving of food.. sometimes give kicap sometimes not, sometimes give the soup sometimes not.. play with phone whilst taking order plainly bad staff and service.. absolutely hate the people who works there.. the owner should take responsibility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Not enough staff to take order, clear table and keep customer area clean. Other than the cashier, the rest of the staff either don't wear face masks or wear it below the nose all the time. Due to Covid-19 pandemic the staff is not taking care of their own safety and the customers. Better improve this immediately before MBSA or KKM does a check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go to this outlet. (Seksyen 13 Shah Alam) Dishonest cashier & seller. On 25 Julai 2021, my debit card deducted twice. After check the transaction I make a complain and ask for refund but the cashier (Girl) refused to refund the money & refused to void the transaction immediately. That girl asking me to waited for 24 hours before make a complaint. VERY BAD SERVICE!!! YOU SHOULD TRAIN YOUR STAFF HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMER AND DON'T SIMPLY CHARGE CUSTOMER DEBIT CARD. I'm done report to my bank. Look like your cashier is MAIN DUIT. Dishonest cashier. Highly not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service staff sooo unfriendly. No thanks no sorry at all. Served us with smelly fish. Thry took it back with no sorry and we also dont know what their action towards it. No explanation at all. Please i ask the owner of this stall. Take some times to read the review here and teach your staff. You are going many customers if your staff keep being like that. No manners and showing arrogant faces. Not one staff but all of them. Very very baddddd. One more thing, the staff even smoke in indoor even though got sign of no smoking. Please the owner have a look on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the first time I ate AYAM GEPUK of this brand, it was delicious .. but dear charred chicken, remember the foreign sambal in another plastic, apparently mixed with chicken once, Inshaa Allah .. can order again and the best panda food rider ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to eat here but now day by day getting worse. I ordered the geprek set, but i got a chicken that was completely black, ye hangus terus. And i never got my sambal. The other day, i order pickup in foodpanda but my food went missing, staff very careless and irresponsible. Siap bagi nasi kerak lagi uish. Suruhlah staff ko makan nasi kerak tu. Customer bayar kot. Ko bagi makan pun x halal duit kita bayar
