Came there NOT during peak hour but the customer service was irritating.
Firstly, I ordered their foods at the counter and they gave me the receipt of what I ordered.
Then I have to walk to other counter to give the receipt just to get the drinks. Such a hassle. The foods aren't Too Expensive but are priced definitely at regular fast food price. Hence, I expect a better service definitely. Not the one that I have to go to other counters just to give the receipts in order to get my drinks.
Secondly, when the foods were prepared, the one that prepared the foods delivered the foods to the table and put it on the table not in the polite manner. Very rushed and unfriendly. Why unfriendly? Because when I asked which one is which he just explained like he is too busy for that and just turned away like he doesn't care at all. Very very not welcoming.
Thirdly, we witness the guy who prepared the food, eating his chicken and dip the chicken into the MAIN sambal, without even taking the sambal into his own plate. Just disappointing.
Fourthly, the place is too hot. I believe they need more fans. The place itself is not small but definitely need more fans for a better eating experience.
Please note that this was my experience there. I'm not happy with matters that i mentioned above especially with the guy who prepared the foods.
But bear in mind, the foods taste OK. It tastes just like any other ayam geprek that ive tasted. And yeah, when I was there, there were only 4 drinks (overpriced) available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super delish!! although my tounge is suffering from the extreme spicy from the sambal but my i still keeping on eating it because its too good..definitely worth to try..but a big NO for faint hearted people because it sure is spicy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if u want to eat on weekdays, u should come early before 1pm cuz the ayam cepat habis. weekend around 3pm still ok, but depends. overall, the sambal and chicken really good. i love this branch cuz the sambal they put lot of sesame oil so the aroma is good. just i dont like the water/air kosong need to pay 70sen and not free flow huh compared to cyberjaya very friendly have coway and its free. but still love ayam gepuk! ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never tried but after observing nonstop customer visit, we've decided to try. Wow, I can only say after having it with the sambal. 1 serving of sambal is enough for family of 4. I have 3 kept in the freezer. Its extremely spicy.
