Kita bagitau ada rambut dalam sambal dia selamber ja tarik keluar rambut tu dan bg balik order tu tanpa tukar sambal baru. Dgn xada sorry atau apa. Bad service dari staff. Try the chicken rice, it is delicious. Only the staff is so nice. We told him there was hair in the sambal, so he pulled out the hair and returned the order without changing the new sambal. With xada sorry or something. Bad service from staff.

Staff tak friendly, bila nak order kat kaunter macam layan tak layan, senyum pun tak. Sudu tadi abis, saya p mintak dekat kaunter, tu pun muka ketat je. First and last dah makan sini. Servis out, rasa pun so so. Banyak meja pinggan tak dikutip, sedangkan ada je staff dekat kaunter tu tak buat apa. Agak turn off kalau baru masuk kedai tengok pinggan kotor still banyak tak dikutip untuk jangka masa yang panjang. Please perbaiki servis okay. Sayang kedai baru bukak, masih panjang perjalanan. By time servis dah okay mesti orang akan repeat. Cold soup. The taste of the chili is so so but spicy. The service is a bit slow, when the chicken is not hot until laaaaa. He doesn't know what's slow. The staff is not friendly, when I want to order at the counter, there is no service, no smile. The spoon was finished, I asked for it near the counter, but my face was tight. First and last I ate here. Servis out, rasa pun so so. Many tables and plates were not quoted, while there were staff near the counter who did nothing. It's a bit of a turn off when you just enter the store and see a lot of dirty dishes that are still uncollected for a long time. Please fix the service okay. Dear store just opened, still a long way to go. By the time the service is okay, people must repeat.

Was 2nd in the dine-in queue yet have to wait for 20 minutes. Food only arrived after asking the staff about it. Cleanliness : Staff did not make it a point to clean-up after customers have left. I was there for approx. 45mins, not one table was cleaned up . There were about 6 tables left unattended with dirty dishes. Price : price is okay and considered cheap if to be compared with other ayam gepuk chains. Location : ok, there's a nice breeze even at noon. Staff is polite.
