β β β β β many items in the menu are unavailable, the food was not fresh, everything was so dry, can taste itβs been frozen and reheat for many times already, they shouldnβt have put Ayam Penyet Bestβ¦ not the best but the worst Iβve tried so farβ¦ service still okβ¦ but if u were to ask me, not really recommendedβ¦

β β β β β Lazy staff causing many items on menu not available. Quiet Ayam Penyet eatery running low on rice for 2 days in a row by 1pm. No plan to cook/serve beef rendang and told customer 'kena tunggu lama', when customer asks 'berapa lama?' the staff replied 10 minutes, I just replied 'Ok I tunggu'.

β β β β β At times like this, you'd think that business will do measures to make sure their business stays afloat. The case is different with Ayam Penyet Best in KL Gateway. Since we live around the area, this place was our go-to place whenever we feel lazy cooking coz the food 'used to be' good and service 'was' good too. Not sure if the business operation leadership changed or the staffs just don't care anymore if business closes. We were refused multiple times to come in because they are already close before 8pm. We tried to come in 7:30pm and was told no more rice. That was the 4th time we were refused to be served. So, we tried to go lunchtime (1130am). Almost all tables were messy and all staff were inside the kitchen. No one was outside to serve menu. After pressing the call button twice, interval of 2mins each, someone came to give the menu. Likewise, it took time before they took the order form. Waiting for the food was not that long but they gave us something we did not order. When we mentioned to the staff, he said they do not have the food we ordered (this was after they sent out a different food). Quality of the food and service have dropped big time. We loved this place but the service has became really sh*tty. I hope the owner reads this to make proper changes.

β β β β β First time I saw this shop last month with my sister busy shopping. I thought I should give a try after we was about to sit down the staff came out from the kitchen saying the staff are having a break right now for 1/2 an hour and then i was in a hurry so i go to another place. Last week, I went there again to try it out. I went to counter since i don't see any customers, and they said its only open for takeaway (I don't see any "Only for takeaway" sign board), its quite dissapointed and yesterday my sister bring my mother to KL Gateway since she thought first time we went there staff are having a break but upon her arrival they said its only for takeaway. How disappointed we were. What a waste of our time. The owner should put a Signboard *only for Takeaway and No Dine In Allowed*. I felt like the owner saw too many bad reviews until he don't want to see it anymore, the staff are lazy maybe to take order & to serve and to clean afterward. Come one what kind of business is this then. Just closed it if that's the case.

β β β β β The staffs are so rude. "Everything" is not available. The fish is raw. The vegetables used in the meal are not fresh. I am typing this review while i am still in this shop. Please don't waste your money here and don't waste your energy to deal with the staffs' rude behaviour.

β β β β β Wonder how this restaurant survive over MCO: the staff is so slow and rude, nearly slam the drink and food in the table. Water came out after 20mins, food came out after 50mins, turn out too sweet drink and too salty food. Wasted time and money.
