★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicest ayam penyet I've had comes from this hole-in-the-wall eatery. What really defines it is the sambal (chilli-based sauce), made traditionally using the proprietor's recipe (which, like herself, comes all the way from Surabaya). The plus side is you get oodles of it, & it's just spicy enough to make you lick your plate clean. Food selection is limited, but all are hand-curated for your dining pleasure. A pleasant dining surprise if you're looking for one.
