★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for air cond service because there was a foul smell coming from the air cond. They charge 800 for service which was fine, but they mention that the smell was coming from the cooling coil. I asked them to wash it but they said the smell is not going away. So they recommend me to change a perfectly working cooling coil which cost me additional 1,400 on top of that 800. So for the 2,200 ringgit, i expect that the smell is gone.
The smell was gone for a couple of months but after 2 months the smell occasionally came back especially after raining. Because I don't have much spare time to go back to them to check, I just live with it. What a waste of 2,200 ringgit.
The best part, now the aircond become hot usually after long drive. So I went to another workshop called Roma Auto Services to check the aircond. They really did a thorough job and said all the aircond system is working fine (compressor etc2), but the cooling coil socket is not properly installed. They ask me whether I recently do anything to the cooling coil. I instantly remember this Azbi Aircond changed my cooling coil few months back. Guys, if you stay in Rawang and got car aircond problem, please stay away from Azbi, they going to mess up your aircond and most likely will cheat on their customers. I really regret going there in the first place.
