โ โ โ โ โ Very very very bad service, not professional at all, talk and act just like uneducated person, cut off phone call, canโt give correct information, canโt even inform correct location even what is the shop name below their office, and they question you as a criminal.
At the doorstep, I not even enter to their office, their attitude and behaviour made me lose confident towards them for a legal advice.

โ โ โ โ โ Twice i went here. The 1st time it was before 5pm, i was there and they said mau tutup already, cannot sumpah, while it was stated they closed at 5pm. They dont have budi bicara to me at least just sumpah 1 piece of paper..really dont like the clerk....
Then the 2nd time i went here, at 4.10pm,they also said cannot sumpah as the commissioner is x there. What is this? I went out early from my office just to get here to get my paper done.. 1 piece of paper, 1...i wont go here anymore... As usual, they shud be more professional including the clerk.... The rest who wishes to go here, i wish u gudluck... I am so upset.
