Client phone call numerous time; they very difficult to pickup.
Whenever phone call is answered; PIC not available.
Whenever Person In Charge/PIC is answering phone, he/she don't know this, don't know that. need to ask "previous" PIC, previous PIC resign. Even sometime they don't know where client file is.
Worst answer from them: We just found your file in the office, we don't know your file status. we shall check & proceed.
many of my neighbours complained about this firm. same issue. not just me.
