โ โ โ โ โ Worst service and no responsibility on missing and broken items. I sent to two places. I received one parcel with broken and missing items and other parcel i dint receive at all. I called but they blocked my contact. So please Do not trust them and send your items for moving out from the country. They are really worst and cheater. Their weight scale also shows wrong weight. Irresponsible service. I wasted my money.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst customer service ever! My luggage hasn't reached India from last 4 months and nobody answers the calls, whatsapp messages or emails. They don't provide proper bills or tracking number even. I am regretting using their services. I am surprised how they are still in business with this poor quality service and unprofessional attitude.
I would humbly suggest that no one use their services. Use Pos Lajus, it's far better than them and same price.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad experience with them, There is no zero star rating, that's y given 1 rating.send anyone. It takes 8 months to go and join. Steal half of the item. Do not return the stolen item No manners at all in phone conversation.Almost all our valueable items were damaged. They do not pick calls nor they respond to message. Even for pick up they harrass and make people wait for whole day and also dump all your belonging while packaging. They are big cheaters and fraud. Never use their service and do not rely on them. Please be very careful.
