โ โ โ โ โ This company's after sale service is really horrible. Auto gate is faulty for a month now and they are unable to send anyone to look into the problem. Called them weekly to follow up and they can't even give a definitive time on when they can come. This is so frustrating!

โ โ โ โ โ My gate broke down 3 times within less than 2 months. Response to repair is extremely slow. Called 3 times and make lots of noise only able to get them to promise a technician to come the next day. ??
Boss in Korea cannot speak to him.
Lately poor service, before was alright.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad and expensive service... had to wait for more than a month for them to send their service guy and had to operate manually till then... the problem was only the battery... the worse part is the charges... the battery is just RM80 which acceptable but the on call service charge was RM180 which is really unfair... when i called them for clarification they said their boss fixed the charges n nothing can be done... i can't accept the charge cuz they just replaced the battery n took them like 2 mins to do it... not fair at all

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely bad services ! Already multiple calls for past 6 months and yet to service our broken gate. And now days they not even bother answering any call or to call back. Don't buy their product. Disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ The after-sales service from this company is terrible. Two weeks after their technician came to repair a problem, the bottom roller jumped off the railing each time the gate is opened. Despite sending many messages to come and repair this problem, they have not responded. It has been 3 months now and the problem remain unresolved.

Reported faulty gate for almost a month still not fix, gate unable to close and keep triggering the alarm causing nuisance in the neighbourhood, bad quality product. Customer service (Chinese female receptionist) attitude is so rude and no proper servicing. The team didn't keep up to their promised time and quality of service only keep asking for payment. There are better off product and service out there, avoid all you can.
