★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a speaker, used for a month and broke down after that. Sent in for warranty repair and was told it takes 2-3 months to be fixed. I don’t have a choice.
I even considered buying the full sound system after this. Changed my mind now. Bad experience. Unworthy speaker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there just now hoping to audition a few B&W speakers I shortlisted. When I arrived, my point of contact, Steven was away to the washroom. A senior staff who identified himself as the sound engineer insisted he wanted to serve me. He began his service by asking me for my budget first, which caught me by surprise as I have not came across any Hifi specialist who would assist customers without first knowing the requirement. Stunned, I asked if that is B&W's approach to help customer. This staff said yes and according to him, customers walked into their shop without knowing the budget influences the audio quality therefore it is better for me to tell him my budget first. That approach turned me off completely and I've decided not to ever return to their shop.
Perhaps I should have worn a tuxedo with a pair of Bally to be served with dignity.
