We were not offered a seat and the person in charge there wasn’t enthusiastic in providing information , he just pointed at the wallpaper catalog and asked us to take a look as he stood far away and at one point he just resumed his work at his desk.So, we decided to just walk out. I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends and family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You walk inside, and the lady staff will walk you out in less than 5 minutes. That is how "baagus" the service is - no explanation about their products. Management should look into this. Now, imagine what we will say when our new place's residences ask for curtain recommendations vide groupchats?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Entered this Kota Damansara outlet for curtains and was told by sales person (Vincent Chong) that i need to spend 3K to enjoy RM600 discount. So we proceeded, chose our fabric and paid the deposit on the same day. The same guy came to our house to do measurement. We specifically told him the size (length) i wanted for my curtain. He got back to us on the quotation but we felt the quotation isn't right. I then hit the website to check on the price for the fabric and select the size we wanted online. I got the online customer service to get me a quotation and compared the price. I print it out and show BOTH (pic attached) online quotation and Kota Damansara quotation to the HQ in Manjalara. At the end, the total is RM600 lesser than the initial quotation KD gave us and total is not over 3K. Meaning there is NO such thing as you need to spend over 3K to get discounts! There will be discounts even if you buy one SINGLE curtain. Pricing are based on the fabric and the measurement. You can check all prices DIRECTLY on the website. We were utterly disappointed by the action of this sales person of BAAGUS who wanted to con us. Be aware if you want to use BAAGUS.
