★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delightful little bookshop. Malaysian titles and decent second hand collection. Such a chilled atmosphere. For book worms. There's a tiny cafe and kids play area. So great that this exists in Temerloh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BACA is in its own league. Surprisingly, it is located at Temperature, Pahang. One of our friend joking, "It is like they bring Bangsar culture to Temerloh." True enough, because you can't find anywhere, literally, in Malaysia a bookstore so unique as BACA. You should experiencing by yourself, while enjoying ikan patin masak tempoyak at Kancil ?

The owners’ passion for reading is clearly reflected in this eclectic collection, which was curated not only from publishers and distributors but also from private collectors. And the store premises itself is so conducive to reading and browsing! We were told to take all the time we wanted, as long as we read. Indeed, a rare gem of a bookstore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorite bookstore of all time! Lots of books that you can't easily find any of them at mainstream local bookstore. They are selling progressive books, Indonesian lit, Japanese lit, travelogues, politics, Malay literature, zines, comics and so on. More genres to choose. Also have a cafe inside. Good place to relax.

Non fiction selection is so-so but if you are a book lovers and an avid reader, do come and have a visit. If you are on the way to Kuantan, do yourself a favor to make time to drop by here.
