โ โ โ โ โ DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Very terrible service and attitude from their staff!!! Very unpleasant experience!!! If you want to avoid problematic water dispenser and terrible service, please don't buy Bacfree!!!
My water dispenser has burnt smell so needed service, but they don't provide techinician to go to your house for free to inspect - this is one problem. They told me they say can inspect and fix in 20 mins in the phone, so we bring to their HQ for inspection. The receptionist is friendly and willing to help, however she couldn't find someone willing to entertain us, then a woman name Mdm Su came out, using an unprofessional and impolite tone to tell me just put my water dispenser there, is usual for them to handle any problem in 3 to 5 days. And emphasize its lunch time, no people handle. Thing is, I called before I come and the person say no worry about lunch time just walk in, so I came! She just didnt want to work, like very unhappy i disturb her lunchtime. Many people in the office but no one eating yet also! A techinician came to help anyway, but the woman still wanna make argument, keep asking who said to me it can be fix in 20 mins, who who who. So rude to like accuse customer!! She even said "just this time ah!!" very rudely while she turn her back away from me! WOA! Is this the way you treat customer? Is your customer wrong to come fix? Funny thing about the techinician too, he said - OUR CHIP IS EASY TO SPOIL, is normal la no worry you got warranty. Hahahahahha!!! So people, dont buy BACFREE because their own technician proved that their chip is easy to spoil!! And not worth it receiving this kind of terrible treatment from this kind of service!!! Pay to get scold!!!
In the end they free me 2 water filter, what's the point?! I'm already an unhappy customer. Next time my water dispenser spoil again I will not buy bacfree anymore!

โ โ โ โ โ Best service! I called from Australia, hoping to have someone over to my mum's place to service the filter. I was assisted by Nana, a humble and courteous Malay assistant. She said the person in charge was on the phone and that she would help me to the best of her ability. And she did! It was top-notch customer service.
Then she passed me to Ms Soong, the person in charge. She was very professional. She helped me to find the most economical solution with top-notch professionalism.
Within minutes, my mother got a call from her and an appointment has been set. How cool is this? This company deserves best company award.
