โ โ โ โ โ Dropped by Backyard Pub & Grill last night.
Was fairly crowded. Mostly older folk. 3 lady โbuskersโ provided the entertainment. Unfortunately the sound was horrendous. It made the performance really hard to tolerate, let alone enjoy. ?
At least the black gold was still pretty good and they do manage a good pour.

โ โ โ โ โ Food was ok nice atmosphere however live band was not that great, was hoping for a better band as it was Christmas eve. The last time we were there it was a BLAST with Retro Edge! Miss those times.

โ โ โ โ โ Great ambience, amazing performance (it was NRG Band when I was there), delicious food. Definitely a recommended place if you wanna chill and listen to good music. Plus, for young ladies, this place is perfect because the men in this pub are mostly seniors and matured. You'll feel a sense of security here.

โ โ โ โ โ I visited the Backyard Pub in Sri Hartamas for the very first time today without any regrets ,whatsoever. Despite the Chong owners who know my parents for about 60 years or so , it was my first visit here.
The food is value for money and relishing in taste from what my friends told me. The grilled Salmon served with mash potato , tartar sauce and chargrilled veg. Is what I had as my early dinner today which was at 7 pm. It was well done and really tasty. Ice Lemon tea was what I had as my drink. Most of all what made my day here, was the night entertainment of a duet band. Folks, I would advise you to wine and dine at the Backyard Pub every Thursdays because singers like Mark Renesh and Brenda Lee will certainly make your day a happy one. They sing all styles of songs. You name it ,they will do exactly what you request. They sing and play music very well and despite the covid19 pandemic the pub owners strive to do their best to make their customers happy in the best way they can in terms of food and in music and for those who love playing pool ,that service is also provided inside the pub so if you are feeling bored or down and out and wanting to listen to some good entertainment ,please patronise by going to this pub.Trust me you will have no regrets. Beer seems to be diluted. Well, it tastes diluted. But I'm just there for a buddy. Oh well.

โ โ โ โ โ I've been here many many years ago. Brings about good memories. The layout and ambience of the pub is almost the same, with very little changes. Service is fast and polite. Prices of drinks are fair. The pub is clean and didn't have many customers in the afternoon. I'll make it a point to visit the place again, one day. If you want to smoke, you'll have to go outside as the establishment is smoke-free.
