★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was being treated rudely and harshly by the name of Ms Fatin somewhere in 2017. Until now, my doter and I was traumatized by this incident just to change the course taken. I can understand if she can’t fulfill our request but pls do it kindly because ‘budi bahasa budaya kita’. Pls change someone who can perform the job with manner. Thanks
