โ โ โ โ โ The delivery person unable to find my house n I call to assist but reluctant to answer call and WhatsApp, so I din get my parcel. The company also not answering calls. Very bad service.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service, no follow up when 1st attempt delivery unsuccessful. Leave item in their office until we go and find out. The office & despatch staff are rude when we wanted to check delivery status, they will put blame to customer if they are not done their job properly. Merchants you need to rethink to use this deliver service provider if you do not want to ruin your reputation in Bahau area.
