The soup bak kut teh, is really really nice, the soup was full of herbs aroma but the amount of herbs used is just enough, not too much not too less, meat is superb, pork intestine is washed thoroughly the waiter over there are very friendly too, but the dry bak kut teh is abit below average, and the best timing of eating bak kut teh is after 9, before 11, within this time, the pork bone has enough time to release the essence into the soup, and the meat wont be too hard to chew, after 11 due to the reason that they didnt have enough of soup, so they will add water in it and the soup will become very plain and the meat will be overcooked and become very hard to chew.
