★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an open space but relatively quiet. The chicken chop is very good, with crispy fries and baked beans. And the sauce was tasty. I like that it is served separately. Just ask for the latest promosi. They serve Vietnamese coffee. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Pastry was not flaky enough and too chewy. The meat in the pie wasn’t tender or tasty. Friends who placed order said that corresponding person was fussy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is clean and quiet, with the aroma of fresh breads. The breads are good, the muffins are even better. There's promotions from time to time. And lately they've offered a few lunch/dinner choices. There are even cakes and macarons available. Their prices are a little high for some, but i think it's quite worth it. The services are kind and friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Likes: Delicious homemade breads, muffins and cakes, ample beverages menu, clean and organized cafe, clean restroom and friendly and professional staff.
Dislikes: Parking can be a nightmare during working hours.
Two Thumbs Up: Viatnemese Ice Coffee is a must try product! Full of coffee flavor and rich in taste!
Bonus Points: Payment can be carried out with Touch n' Go eWallet and Fave Pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the orange peel muffin, Mexican bun and prepacked tomyam meehoon here. Washed it all down with Kluang coffee with condensed milk and Dilmah Earl Grey tea. The muffin and bun was really good, drinks a bit pricier than usual and meehoon was nothing to shout about.
Friendly and attentive service. Would've given 5 stars if the bread was not prepacked in plastic bags - that would've reduced a lot of unnecessary packaging for those who dine in. But that's my personal belief in reducing plastic waste, hopefully this will be practiced here soon.
Will dedicate come back.
