★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, ask to do a coffee without sugar but they insist to put sugar into coffee after I make payment, and tell me these syrup not sweet, I rejected but the staff pretend nothing and continue to do others things.
And guys, so from the reply by BFF they won't think they are wrong and will say the problem at customer side. I think u have to know who paying for the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service! Over price! My friend and I were sitting there for two hours and the staff there did not bother to ask us why we were there and kept walking by. They forgot all about us and did not even have us down even though we called and confirm in the morning. When we started making the cake no one cared to start us on the next step until we asked them. It also costs $20 more to bake your own cake instead of having them bake it for you which does not make sense. The cake that we wanted costs alot and when we were done we were missing a lot of things that were supposed to be on top for decorations cause either they did not have it or they didn't have enough time to make it. The time while they were waiting for us to decorate the cake could be used to make the decorations but instead they were busy doing other things. You also have to wash your dishes at this place which if you pay a high price for something you wouldn't expect that you have to wash your own dishes because you would expect the kind of service that you get for that high price!

There are classes for adults and kids. But i recommend in taking up their DIY class where you can bake on the spot using their tools and ingredients provided at anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard about this place from a fellow colleague and so decided to try out this place for my team's retreat activity.
The staff that I communicated with over Facebook Messenger was very prompt in replying to my queries and also suggested various recipes we could try out.
They were even kind enough to open on a non-working day for a minimum spend for us despite having a few changes in agenda. We had the Christmas specials with the whole baking studio to ourselves. The kitchen is spacious and every tool and ingredient labelled for your use. It is kid-friendly and there is a washroom provided as well.
