★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost, congratulation and thank you for opening your outlet at Denai Alam.
Here are my feedback, to the staff working at that particular outlet.
1) Unfriendly. As we enter the store, we did say ‘Hello’ but was ignored by them.
2) Zero customer service. When wondering for the item, none of them came to approach and ask customers.
3) Laziness. When we bought cookies container (25pcs), staff simply stood and watching customer pack the item by themselves. None of the staff offered any help.
Your staff at Denai Alam need to be monitored on their performances, in due to your company reputations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices here are much cheaper than most bakery shop i went. But the choices for flour, chocolate chips, gourmet or coins are so limited, if i am not mistaked they just have Beryl's there. I bought a black ziplock packaging from them, 14cmx20cm but most of it turns out to be a dud. Really disappointed with the glue that holding the ziplock. But others packaging i bought such as foil cup or else is okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for the first time because I saw the reviews saying that the things they sell here are cheap but then it seems like everything I wanted is out of stock. I wanted to get unsalted butter, cream cheese, and whipping cream, but they ran out of stock (they have whipping cream but it's 1 litre which is too much for me). Not sure if it's always like that or I am just too unlucky. A little bit disappointed because at the end I have to go back to the other store that I always went as well...

Bought black baking tray from this shop and the coating melted after just one use. Went back to change they wouldn't allow. They said other customers bought and it was fine, might be the way I baked my cake ! What a reason ! Such bad customer experience. It can be toxic and so dangerous. The manager didn't allow to change , but the staffs were very understanding!

Good selections of products available here for baking purposes.
Staffs are reasonable and give helping hand if being asked.
Went twice and so far managed to get what needed here. Tqvm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhappy to see display price of item RCSQ1500 are not the same with the counter price when it comes to pay at the counter. Not even an apology coming from the employee. Customer service also very bad. Should improve customer service and earn your rating accordingly
