β β β β β I thought of not rating at all, but wouldnt wanted to. The staff are very rude. Not helpful at ALL! No one accompany customer upstairs, some one should follow us incase we need information. At one point, my wife came downstairs to ask about a stuff, they just said dont know, maybe the stuff finish witbout even checking. We come to shop to buy but they behave like it's not my shop so duh....

β β β β β A few staff here was quite rude but some are really nice(cute with spec). Some stuff take a long time to restock unlike in Bangi store. Please teach your staff how to talk to customer.

β β β β β Well completely baking product but unfortunately hired rudeness staff for duty! Especially the cashier is unfriendly, harshly, straight and sour face and rude! So bad! No one would like encountering such an unpleasant face and without greeting in the early morning! I been visit this outlet couple of time and they remained the same attitude! I will NOT recommend to all my friend until they change new face! And not visit anymore!!!

Special thank to the middle aged lady staff who took the extra effort to find the cashew nut for us.
