★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Humble request for BWY management or owner please send your staff learning or product knowledge!!! A very poor customer service that I had today no customer service at all and your staff damn rude and asking for basic product also don’t know.... please ensure be polite with customer don’t be so rude ...we go there use money to buy not asking them to give free.Compare to other baker shop your shop is the worst.Hope the management do something on this .

The thing about baking supply shops is that thay have just so many things on offer, there will definitely be a time when you need assistance. Fortunately Bake With Yen has friendly staff who happily help you find the items you are looking for. Most baking supplies can be found here for a reasonable price, and there are bargain offers now and then, so it's a good idea to keep your eyes peeled. Bake with Yen also has a facebook page that updates their visitors on the latest stock, news and offers, and those serious about their baking may find it worthwhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there just now to get some baking ingredients.Staffs were friendly and they sell a variety of baking ingredients and tools. Only thing is the variety for refrigerated ingredients is not much. I don’t know if their products are considered cheap or expensive because I am not familiar with the price range...However, people who bake a lot told me it’s cheap! I would definitely recommend going there if you want to get baking related stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clean, neat and well-stocked outlet. Great variety of baking ingredients, tools, packaging accessories, etc. Staff are also friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are definitely a huge plus-point as they are much cheaper (compared to supermarkets in JB and shops in Singapore). Only wish they can stock more sizes of cake rings (currently can only find 6" in this outlet), cookie cutters, cake toppers, and increase their range of pre-mixes and frozen/chilled ingredients like purees, fruit pastes, and stock European and Japanese flour, etc. If you are an avid-baker or passionate about baking, do visit any of the Bake with Yen outlets!!!
