★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 31st January, 7.40pm - i call to asked what time does the shop closed and she said 10pm. But when i come and brought blackforest, she said that I can’t wrote on the cake because they wanted to closed already? hello, i work at a bakery too as a cake Decorator but if a customer want to wrote on a cake, even 10 mins before we closed, i would wrote for them. Bad customer service. I’m a big fan of your blackforest cake since I was little but please improve on your customer service?? Urgh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband wanted to buy a bowl of soup and he asked the cashier whether they had another option to pack the soup rather than using the paper bowl because my husband came by riding a superbike. Surprisingly, the cashier replied in such a rude manner and a very sour face. Couldn't she talk nicely to the customer because my husband asked her nicely? Please check who was the staff on duty because her attitude may tarnish your company's name. (Friday, 11/12/2020, 1:45-2:15pm).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im very dissapointed because i run to your shop to buy a cake for my wife birthday celebration but one of your staff say to me she cannot do wishes on the cake.she said the cream already finish…as a bakery shop , you need to fullfill wishes your customer.At 8.00 pm she said everything already finish.im very dissapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING ! I tried chocolate puffs, chocolate cake and red velvet cake, it was the best thing ever. It's so rich in taste and not even pricey. It's just affordable for such amazing taste. Not to forget, the black pepper roasted chicken, it was also good. Enjoyed it so much. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop with a variety of pastries and bread. Their grilled chicken to die for and you can get it very cheap during promo. And their nasi ayam is also delicious and fragrant. Will definitely come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just back from Ur shop. No one attend to me even though im in the shop for 20minutes. Then come staff wear black tudung yellow shirt I talk I want to buy cake but didn't even said anything just pretend busy. Please hire proper staff not someone pretending busy n let llthe young one one the counter do all the stuff alone. Will not recommen ld this shop to Shah alam resident. Better go to sek19 bakers cottage.
