★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U guys really need to monitor ur staff in Banting Baker's cottage. I am a regular here since day 1. The counter staff is rude aff. Not just 1 time but already more than 3 tines. Croissant was overcooked. Brown and keras gila!!! When I asked xde batch baru ke? "oh, apa they hantar kita jual" seriously? Aihhhh... I hv been to many other outlets and this is not the treatment and quality that i get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the environment and atmosphere of the place but the employee manning the counter is very unpleasant to deal with. The way she talks and acted giving out vibes that she was forced to do the job. Doesn't greet or say thank you. Had a very similar situation around 3 weeks ago in Jenjarom branch. Not sure why but seems people working in Baker's Cottage seems to letting a "I am dying inside" vibes. Do come up with a hospitality SOP for your workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give it a four stars mainly due to the good customer service from the cashier when i visit. The shop space is slightly small than what i expect, limited choice on breads, but the roasted chicken here is worth the money. Rm7.90 for a quarter chicken with rice, plus a donuts! The taste on both is good as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was forced to pack my own pastries on the counter, infront of a do-nothing-cashier, with no proper table to properly doing it and my own unsanitised, germy hands.
Great SOP. Much great. Such wow.
