★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service (chinese women), order chicken rice panggang 1 set, staf casher (Chinese women) suruh i ambil sendiri egg tart.. yes die suruh i ambil sendiri!!!.. and also this staf never ask me first plastic bag ade charge rm 0.20..ok i dont care about the charges but u must to tell me first...disappointed and never come again...

Saw the shopee pay rm3 cashback and we asked is this available, the chinese cashier didn’t answer so that’s fine we just use shopee pay to pay, but then the machine cannot detect our shopee pay code , she use a very fierce face and voice ask us can change another app? We use shopee pay just because of the rm3 cashback, what’s the point if we use other apps to pay? The most bad customer service I ever experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the worst place i ever ate, the meatball in the soup is cold solid frozen, the burger patties and chicken burger ham is raw and semi cooked in the middle, the red velvet cake has no taste. WORST OF WORST is the malay supervisor and malay store manager saw me coming to buy stuff but use their phone and computer instead of serving me then later they call a chinese girl from the back to become cashier while she was busy doing her job, as supervisor and manager you should serve the customer as well since you are free and leave your workmate to complete her job first, one of the worst place i ever eaten
