1) never greetings customers.
2) customer has to wait for ordering food while staff is busy with their work as if customer never exist
3) once customer came in, staff should welcome and ask customer what they want. Never let customer unattended for some times

β β β β β So disappointed. Roast chicken undercooked. Meat is reddish on inside.
Upd: their management contacted me to come and pickup a new roast chicken meal. Good effort by the team, unfortunately if I go there again it will just be for the bakery items.
