★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying some bread with chicken pie while paying the counter and the staff told u pack the pie myself while she stand wait me packing...at the resit have charge service tax....what kind service u provide???the time was long queue but just 1 counter open...see there was a staff phone call chit chat for long time...poor management and service ???

Also I told them few times I wanted 1big candle and 3 small candles for my 13 yo birthday boy, instead they gave 1big and 1 small candles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few times visit. The combo dish inside always not enough and cannot change with other selections. End up you will pay for shortage dishes. Don't buy combo. Buy ala carte if there's discount. Not to mentioned rude and inefficient staff. I'll never visit this brainless bakers again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before this i had issue regarding coins changed from this store and also about a rude cashier girl wearing spec, but today i went to buy some bread for my kids today, and hats off because the service getting better. Especially the girl cashier, not sure whether this is a new cashier or not, but i got her name, syaa i suppose. She really treat customer well mannered and polite.not like other staff, Please maintain this kind of service in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this shop for few times, the staff is very rude and response in bad manner when taking orders. I wanted to buy mixed of slice cake to taste all the cake that they have, she asked me to queue and show which cake i want to buy and there is no label what cake is that. Very poor customer service. I give 2 star because i love the cake taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they miswrote our wish on the cake as "happy birthday 20th" which has a grammar error but the birthday girl found it funny so it's alright LOL
they also only had one colour of frosting, which is a dark yellow.
one complaint i have to give is that a friend called today to ask for their opening hours during Ramadan month as we plan to buy another cake, and the employee who picked up the phone was quite rude. "Takkan la awak tak berbuka? Kitorang pun buka la" weh tanya je kan ??? but she ended up saying that we could still walk in anyway. so i'm a bit confused. is there a break time during iftar or not?
oh, also, customers are asked to take plastic bags placed at the entranced of the store and package our pastries ourself as it is "self-service".
tip: buy at the store instead of foodpanda, they have a 20% discount
