★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been order and buy cheese all the time with this shop since a year ago. Customer service is unfriendly normally when you ask them about the item they won't show you just pointed at somewhere to direct you.Recently order a cheese 2weeks ago but didn't arrived , and received a call from them saying that they call my phone but can't get thru and the number they called is wrong . Come on I'm a regular customer don't give me this kind of reason to cover your mistake. You guys always call me up to pick up my cheese since a year ago now you are telling me my account have two different phone number ? IF you don't wish to continue business with me just tell me off . Management in Singapore should ask the person in charge in this outlet because she is the one who scroll up this . Not even have a sincerity to appolozige yet raise up her voice towards your customer. I hope management should look into this matter seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought ingredients from this shop for quite some years, never see improvement on customer service, even there have changed different batch of sales person but service provided still the same - impolite and sometime rude to customer. I think they were all might gone through the same improper training from the same person. All this while, I’ll visit this shop only if I can’t get certain ingredients from other shop. Recently I had bad experience when I make payment, the customer before me seem like old customer and she had bought many items. The sales person smile at her, react politely, talked friendly and said few times thank you to the customer. I felt extremely surprise, thought something was changed and getting improved. When there was my turn, she suddenly changed to poker face, I’re wondering if there is anything that I have done wrong. I bought 5 items only, thinking to hold the items without using plastic bag. Right before I told her, the sales person/casher said: bring your own reusable bag next time. While saying that, she straight away took a plastic bag and packed the items. At that time, if I tell her I don’t want the plastic bag, I feel myself like a primary school student doing something wrong and discover by teacher, therefore quickly correct it so that the teacher won’t scold me. I’m quite surprise they treat customer in this way, at least this is something new type of unpleasant experience after few years visited the shop. In normal practise, casher usually will ask customers whether they need plastic bag or not...
From now on, in order not to upset myself with this type of unnecessary unpleasant experience, I’ll avoid to visit this shop again.
