Ordered from their website and delivery was made in less than 30min (within 2km) - still pretty impressive. Highly recommend their vegetable masala dosa and vegetable briyani. If you are ordering online for delivery, do take note that their hours for delivery is only from 8.00AM till 8.30PM, their operation hours on the Business Profile doesn't seem to reflect that. Also, another reason for giving 4 stars is that their website system seems to stuck at "order received" and doesn't show that when rider is already out for delivery. If you are uncertain, do give them a call to verify with your order number. [UPDATE - adjusted to 3 stars instead of 4] Ordered online again after a week, but the taste isn't the same - lacking of heat and spice flavour for both the vegetable masala dosa and vegetable briyani. But delivery service remain consistent, and same issue persist with the website - status stuck at "order received".

The food was great. I had to order takeaway since the restaurant was crowded. The Paneer Butter Masala was a little bit too spicy.

Excellent South Indian food at cheap price. Taste is really good that will make you feel as if you are having food in Tamil Nadu itself. People are so friendly there that they suggest tourist places and guide you. Totally loved this place. Stayed for 3 days in KL and I had food at this place all the 3 days.

A unique Indian vegetarian food platters experience at Bakti. Food price is inexpensive compared to a classy Saravanan Bhagwan so I kept coming as non-Indian food eater during lunch. Food served was fast although it was crowded. Lots of Indian locals eat there for Capati or unlimited meal (banana leaf) set. Bakti special set and Madras Thali offer variety. Will try their weekday buffet lunch with 11 varieties in next trip.

We had a good experience at this restaurant with my friend. We were looking forward to eat Indian and by walking we found this restaurant which turns our to be a vegetarian only and we were fully ok with this. We tried 4 different type of naan with 2 different Massala and beans sauce. That’s was excellent. We also had a ginger tea each, for a total of 40RM, it’s was largely okey for us. Only thing to improve is the English level of the staff. I recommend anyway.

If you are blind and rich and you can eat at a dirty place, than this is fine. To the Chef: very tasty, thank you ! To the Boss: shame on you. It's the most expensive food In KL and even street food place is more clean. And your cashier want to charge 4 dishes and I only order 3. bad management. Again Food taste is nice and for me very good. But all other ambient poor and dirty Only few house next is for 70% cheaper a deluxe place. Teach your staff how to deal with customers and how to clean your place. And spend small money for renovations and new menu. Super dirty chairs :( Best regards Alex

I ordered take away on a weekday at 7pm. The restaurant was empty. Not much of an atmosphere - no frills, but good price. The gobi Manchurian was okay. A little soggy and not much sauce. This restaurant, like many stores in this area, is cash only. Can pay by bank transfer.

Simple no frills vegetarian restaurant. Popular during peak times. Rather unclean. Service is okay. Affordable. We tried 2 thosais. Plain & rawa. Both made fresh & pretty good. Went well with their spicy chutney & sambar. The drinks unfortunately were below average. Overall okay for a quick meal but cleanliness put us off.
