★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice trail starting from a short distance after the guardhouse , about 2km you will reach the Bamboo Canopy , after that straight on till the peak of Kiara hills. It’s downhill beyond that till you reach Simpang 5 point where the 1 o’clock exit will slowly loop back upwards toward the bamboo canopy area. All in about 4.6km hike. Except for one or two stretches going uphill , trail is well marked and easy enough for beginners
