Good kung fu in making sure their noodles are charred. Not too sweet nor salty with nice wet noodles.
I ordered the Udang galah and it had a good flavour to it. I definitely regret not ordering the Special too!
Well done and I’m definitely hoping to get my next serving when I go back to Dungun next time!
