★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echoing the rest of the 1 star reviews, was called horrible when I did not buy the shoes for my mom and kids. We did try a few pairs, but non suited my 70+ yr old mom. The shop boasts of branded shoes on posters but choices r limited and beware of counterfeit brands- Swiss polo is speedy polo and etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need a good customer service from here, I guess you have to buy at least one shoe. If no , be ready for some unnecessary words from the seller. Don't just say whatever you want just because we didn't buy anything. All we need was "female casual+formal shoe" We were there not even for 10 minutes. Anyone who goes here don't just sit around, or else you just be called a free loader. Some people are just like that...smh

My friends, who are footwear experts mentioned that they are also using good quality genuine leather too.
