★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first experience with banana cleaning and the quality of the cleaner was bad. The cleaner was very slow (maybe because she was old) and keep chit chatting with me. After 4 hours, she only managed to wipe my TV console, 1 window, one open shelf at living room, 1 sliding door and open shelf at my bedroom, that’s all. Not even washing any of the toilets, and I need to complete those tasks that she had completed half way. Then, she keep apologizing to me. After a few months, I decided to give it another try as ppl have been giving good feedback. I texted banana service on Wed, to book an appointment for following Sat. They said they will check and revert. No reply after 3 days, until I checked again on Sat, and they replied me there was no available slot for the timing I requested. I suggested to delay one more week, then no reply again until I have to follow up again on the next day.
I don’t think I will engage for the service again due to my experience above :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst cleaningg services. SO RUDEEEEEE..... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM..The person incharge to talk to customers always give fake promises, say can send this cleaner, say can do that but on the day of service never fulfill requests. Say sorry that time. The cleaners also not so good. Always say time finish and leave work halfway and drags work forever. I think a turtle can work faster than this cleaners. What kind of rules they make and not inform thier customers. Not professional at all!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Workers arrived and started cleaning. Didn't do a good job as I was monitoring them. At some areas they mopped the floor without sweeping & when I asked them they said they have sweeped the floor. They started arguing with me & I have asked them to leave within 1 hour. When I called the boss he asked to send picture or video. So I sent a video on the bathroom not cleaned properly...he msged me n asking for such a small spot u complaint?? I told him that there was so many other things not done but he was not bothered to hear what I got to say... Then he was saying how far is it to get to your place etc...he even said u come n clean my house I give double!! Someone who is out of his mind!! Definitely a bad experience!! Worst cleaning service & very rude boss!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, terrible, terrible. By far, the worst cleaning service ive ever experienced. Two rude cleaners came to clean a small condo and did a very bad job! Missed so many spots and when asked to do again, they complained and said have done that many times. Didnt even clean the carpet because they said "forgot to bring vacuum parts", horrible. The worst part is they are very rude. Who are you to talk back to your customer in such a rude manner? I am paying you for your service, that was definitely not what i was expecting for! Wanted to leave the house after 2.5 hrs of cleaning but was promised for a 3 hrs service. When asked to do other work for the remaining time they complaint they had done their job.
Will never recommend this to anyone. 0/10. Change your cleaners if you want customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very irresponsive company. We have no choice but to use their service for a few years. Each year with price increase yet from time to time they will just cancel your appointment without informing till on that day itself called over and they inform the cleaner either sick /ran off. This time round again while it's near to cny period in which I arranged since weeks ago for the cleaner and at this very point of time when it's almost impossible to find a cleaner last minute they cancel my appointment without informing and thereafter despite several messages there's no reply eversince. Will never use their service ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very irresponsible person in charge. The boss will increase the price, then always said the others customer all pay much more higher than me. Message never reply, cancel last minute. Without informing. The boss very ego & arrogant, those customer who have complaint he will just not reply and no send maid, he said he not worry no customer, always fully booked. Never say sorry if is his mistake, will just ignore our message or no pick up call. He send message scold us said pay less, clarify then is himself wrongly see, then never say sorry. Just ignore us and he did not send cleaner after that without informing & explanation. Worst service.
