★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant does not have payment options for customers to pay with e-wallet or paywave. So, customers have to use cash to make the payment. Avoid using their toilet. Just use the Publika's toilet at the opposit building.
During breakfast time, I ordered chapati and kopi O panas. Their chapati + kopi O cost RM4.50. They added sugar in their kopi O. So, if you prefer no sugar in your kopi O, then you need to inform the server in advance. Their chapati is ok lah and not the best.
During lunch, I ordered nasi briyani with some lauk. Their nasi briyani + begedil + tauhu + kacang panjang & labu cost RM9.50. You need to inform the server in advance if you want a small portion of rice. If not, they will pour a lot of rice on your plate.
Overall customer service is good and their food/drink price is very cheap in Publika. You can come here for breakfast or lunch in Publila if you want to eat at restauant that offer pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here cause they have northern thali. It was 16rm. Got the OJ and it was on the house. They have a nice option to wash your hands in the main room before and after you eat with your hands. Everything seems to be pre cooked like a buffet and they just make the plate for you. I can’t really complain. I got super full and it was good. It was better than spending 200rm at the sushi spots. Those are a rip off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many restaurants are open at 7.30am. If not during fasting month, the restaurant is full. Today (fasting month), only 4 tables are occupied. Yet, the service is still very slow as usual. Customer service really needs to improve. I asked if there is thosai, "Yes, ada", will it take long to prepare, "Yes, lama". Ordered a tea but it came only when I finished 2 putu, a nasi lemak and a confirmation if my tea order has been put in. Price is cheap although the restaurant is at a somewhat posh area. 2 putu, a nasi lemak and tea at RM7.10 - no complaints. Wash basin with soap, hand sanitizer available.
