★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly built. Located in the Malay village area, near paddy fields. Access to main road is near. Supermarkets, domino pizzas, KFC, state mosque, Pizza hut, cybercafe, Uitm arau, tea live, Subway, is less than 10 minutes by car or even by bycyle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house is clean spacious and air conditioned, equipped with iron, mytv and most importantly your morning is greeted with beautiful scenery. The only setback is the main road. It takes 15 min to Kolej Matrikulasi Perlis
