★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm staying here at the moment. Developer didn't put effort in improving the neighbourhood. The playground is always full of rubbish. Developer didn't help to promote the food court and futsal is not open for public as I know. They keep open building new garden but not emphasize on the quality of the area. Shoplot around this area only open about 15%.
