Kami tidak dapat menjual rumah ini dgn harga tinggi kerana adanya sampah masyarakat seperti pendatang asing, gengster dan kegiatan haram disini. Sy merayu owner asal rumah balik ambil rumah masing-masing kerana rumah di sini semua habis terjual pd tahun 2000. Jangan biar orang lain ambil kesempatan. Kaw. Mantin bakal naik kerana bersebelahan dgn Bandar Nilai dan Semenyih. Sy berharap agar kita sama2 dapat membenteras kegiatan tidak baik disini dan ubah pandangan orang luar terhadap tempat ini. Sy seorang arkitek dan sy benar2 ingin membawa perubahan.
This apartment is NOT for Asnaf Group or Foreign Workers. This Apartment is not Flat !. Sy's family bought this house for RM110k in 1998. We could not sell this house at a high price because of community garbage such as foreigners, gangsters and illegal activities here. Sy appealed to the original owner of the house to take back their respective houses because the houses here were all sold out in 2000. Don't let others take advantage. Kaw. Mantin will go up because it is next to Bandar Nilai and Semenyih. Sy hopes that we can both eradicate bad activities here and change the views of outsiders towards this place. She is an architect and she really wants to make a difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badly managed area. Roads are in terrible condition. No proper street lights. Dangerous for students and women and children. Stay away of you can. If you have to visit this place, bring along a friend. Don't leave anything to chance.
