★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Live almost next to the Banjaria Courts. Easy to spot, as it is the tallest residential building within at least a kilometer radius.
Good choice of roads in all directions, plenty of lanes to avoid jams, most of the hours. Amenities: average.
Typical story of a promising good residence made uninviting by the influx of factory workers from out of town and possibly a considerable number of foreign blue collar workers.
A family member had wanted to procure a unit during the launch but had to eventually forfeit his deposit as he was unable to secure a loan. So it turned out to be a lucky turn of event for him.
