โ โ โ โ โ Betul komen dr En Alif. The worst customer service ever and what he commented is totally true and happened to my family members today. If thereโs a zero star, i would have given it. Whoever the manager is, you should know how to manage your organization. Jgn mkn gaji buta. Org Islam dan bank Islam patutnya tunjukkan akhlak Islam yg sebenar i.e akhlak yg baik. Sungguh memalukan.

โ โ โ โ โ the worst of the worst bank islam branch..calling me to collect ccris loan details clearance however during my present day,the officer was away and nobody willing to assist for it and ask me to wait 40 minutes instead of assist to get the document. this is crazy and totally disappointed.

โ โ โ โ โ Im really satisfied with the customer service today. Went to Maybank Seberang Jaya earlier to open an account however was outright turned away rudely by the front counter staff. Sometimes they may be long lines, but I have never experience any rudeness from the staff so far. Thumbs up'
